Roommates, Fabolous’ legal woe’s have been the talk of his career since October. It looks like luck is on his side, as he has reportedly struck a plea deal and will avoid jail time in his domestic violence case.
According to information obtained by TMZ from the Bergen County, NJ Court, Fab will be entering a pretrial intervention program, usually offered to first time offenders.
Fab’s attorney, Brian Neary, said the charges will be dismissed as long as he completes the program and stays out of trouble for at least one year.
It was previously reported that Fab was indicted back in October 2018 on 1 count of domestic violence with significant bodily injury, 2 counts of threatening to kill, and 1 country of possession of a weapon. He was reportedly facing up to 20 years in prison.
Fab’s indictment stemmed from a video we previously posted which showed a physical altercation between him and the mother of his 2 children, #EmilyB. It was also alleged that Fab hit her in the face and knocked her teeth out.
Looks like Fab’s lawyers made a miracle happen. Do y’all think this is a fair judgement, #Roomies? Let us know in the comments!
